VICE PRESIDENT, LENDING

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a VP of Lending to join a growing financial institution in Saratoga County.  The successful candidate will oversee and direct all loan-underwriting activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field.  Master’s Degree Preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience in lending.  Directing loan processing, servicing and underwriting staff. 
• Experience planning, directing and coordinating the development of lending policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
• Ability to strategically plan and forecast, generate new ideas, concepts, processes, actions or solutions.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range

• $115-125k
