Application/Production Support Analyst

Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit an Application/Production Support Analyst for an innovative healthcare software company located in the Capital Region. They are seeking an Application/Production Support Analyst to analyze, troubleshoot, and when necessary, escalate production issues. In this role you will serve as the liaison between business and IT staff to resolve issues related to software requirements and design.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to and troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Escalate and track issues assigned to developers and external vendors.
• Perform QA testing.
• Maintain customer configurations and implement updates as requested.
• Document and resolve issues reported in customer implementations and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure there are no issues when using the applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of applicable IT support experience, or technical degree in IT or related field
• Intermediate MySQL skills

Salary:

• $50-60k
