Position Overview

We are looking for a multi-tradesman specializing in floor and wall tile installations, proficient in layout, and the operation of a wet saw and tile cutter. You will also be completing other diverse tasks such as drywall, paint, light framing, to mention a few, and a willingness to learn. This is a multi-task, and customer-focused position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 2 years’ experience in floor, wall and shower tile layout and installations.
• 2 years’ experience installing various types of flooring, including vinyl planks, ceramic tile, carpet.
• General construction experience in various combinations of trades is helpful: finish carpentry, framing, flooring, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, roofing, concrete.
• Must be able to work in a team or individually.
• Good customer service skills

Requirements:

• Must have all necessary tools and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass an employment background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license, clean DMV record

Conditions and Physical Demands

1. Working conditions

        Will include working inside buildings with construction in progress.

        Will include working outside of buildings in sometimes extreme weather and extreme heat.

    2. Physical demands

       Will include using a variety of construction tools/equipment.

       Will include lifting and moving large awkward items that weigh more than 25 pounds.

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Salary:  $19 - $26 per hour, depending on experience
